- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, and spices.
- Add the egg and mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into small oval shapes.
