  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 noodles, half the cottage cheese mixture, and one-third of the mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining marinara sauce.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
