  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) lemon instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping, then spread the mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk lemon pudding mix and milk together until thickened.
  8. Pour the lemon pudding over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
