Lettuce Wrap Burgers

A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional burgers, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham wrapped in fresh lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the chicken ham to the skillet to warm it up.
  4. Prepare lettuce leaves for wrapping.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing turkey, bacon, ham, cheese, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and mustard in the lettuce wrap.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.

Notes

  • For a low-carb option, use more lettuce leaves.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
