Loaded Baked Potato Wedges

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
  5. While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into pieces.
  6. When the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and top them with cheese, turkey bacon, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with sour cream and green onions.
