Low Calorie No Bake Raspberry Cheesecake

A delicious and guilt-free dessert that combines the creamy texture of cheesecake with the tartness of fresh raspberries.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the raspberries and spread the mixture over the crust.
  4. Top with remaining raspberries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
