Mango Mousse

This mango mousse is a light, creamy dessert that tantalizes your taste buds with its fruity flavor and velvety texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon gelatin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Puree the mangoes in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream.
  4. Add lime juice and vanilla extract, and combine thoroughly.
  5. If using, dissolve gelatin in a little water and mix into the mousse.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
