- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 cups cilantro, chopped
