1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mix shredded zucchini, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
