  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add the rice, chicken broth, and frozen peas to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Once done, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
