One-Pan Chicken and Rice Bake

Delicious and easy one-pan chicken and rice bake that brings comfort and flavor to your table.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
  3. Add the rice, chicken broth, peas, and spices to the skillet.
  4. Bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in spices for a few hours.
  • Can substitute chicken thighs with breasts if preferred.
