- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
