- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup water (optional, for thinning)
- In a blender, combine the watermelon and coconut milk and blend until smooth.
- Add sugar, pineapple juice, lime juice, and mix well.
- If desired, add water to reach your desired consistency and blend again.
- Chill the drink in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
