  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
  4. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
