Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pesto sauce, turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
