Philly Cheesesteak Skillet

A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak made easy in a skillet!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound ribeye steak
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil, then sauté the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
  3. Add the ribeye steak and garlic powder, cooking until steak is browned.
  4. Return the turkey bacon to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Top with provolone cheese, cover, and let melt.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Substitute beef with chicken for a different flavor.
  • Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
