  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs in pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a baking dish, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
