Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling potatoes until tender. Drain and mash thoroughly.
  2. Add salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and parsley to the mashed potatoes.
  3. Mix well and allow to cool.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. Dip each patty into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
