Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a sheet pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
