Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the pumpkin puree.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
  8. Cool on wire racks.
