  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  9. Allow cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
