  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
  3. Slice each chicken breast to create a pocket for the filling.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the crumbled bacon, chicken ham, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Stuff the mixture into the pockets of the chicken breasts.
  6. Heat olive oil in the skillet and sear the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Notes
