Salmon Pasta Creamy Garlic Sauce

A delicious Salmon Pasta in a creamy garlic sauce that is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the salmon. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from pan and flake the salmon.
  3. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Mix in the flaked salmon and cooked fettuccine. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
