  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and turkey bacon to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cooked rice until combined.
