- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup tortilla strips
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- In the slow cooker, combine chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Pour in chicken broth and add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
