  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, then add the pasta. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
