- 1 pound chicken breast
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, then add the pasta. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
