- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
