- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
- While the steak is grilling, peel and cube the sweet potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
