  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Top with sliced peaches and berries.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
