Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the sugar, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Top with sliced peaches and raspberries.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, then let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
