- 1 cup tater tots
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham.
- Grease a muffin tin and place a few tater tots in each cup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños.
