The Best Ever Chili is a thick, hearty dish loaded with flavor from turkey bacon and other ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, kidney beans, and black beans.
  5. Season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
