Tomato Basil Shrimp Pasta

A quick and indulgent dish that combines the freshness of tomatoes and basil with succulent shrimp over pasta.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  5. Mix in the cooked spaghetti and add the basil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together.
