  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
  6. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
