  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread marinara sauce on the dough.
  4. Evenly sprinkle vegan cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add the spinach, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms on top.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and oregano.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
