Veggie Egg Muffins (15g Protein Each)

Add a healthy twist to your breakfast with these Veggie Egg Muffins that pack a protein punch with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers, onions, turkey bacon, cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into the cups.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
